Equipment Return Policy
FinishSure Legal Package v1.0 — Effective July 9, 2026
1. Included return shipping
One prepaid domestic return shipment is included unless the order states otherwise. Customer is responsible for additional shipping caused by loss of the label, incorrect packaging, missed carrier requirements, or unauthorized relocation.
2. Return deadline
Equipment must be tendered to the designated carrier within 15 calendar days after the monitoring term ends or an approved extension expires.
3. Packaging
Customer must power down Equipment as instructed, include all components, use the supplied case and protective materials, seal the shipment, attach the correct label, and retain the carrier receipt and tracking number.
4. Inspection and charges
Irys IoT, LLC may inspect returned Equipment. Customer may be charged reasonable replacement, repair, recovery, or shipping costs for missing, lost, materially damaged, altered, or unreturned Equipment, excluding ordinary wear.
5. Extensions
Customer should request an extension before the service term expires. Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.
