1. Monitoring tool only

FinishSure provides environmental and project-condition measurements, dashboards, notifications, and reports. It does not control the monitored environment and does not guarantee that a condition will be detected, reported, corrected, or prevented.

2. No professional service

FinishSure is not an architect, engineer, industrial hygienist, commissioning authority, laboratory, code official, safety professional, manufacturer representative, or insurer. Data and alerts are informational and do not replace professional advice, inspections, testing, or required documentation.

3. No project-outcome warranty

Irys IoT, LLC does not warrant or guarantee drying, acclimation, curing, material suitability, flooring performance, finish performance, indoor air quality, pressure control, warranty eligibility, code compliance, specification compliance, insurance acceptance, schedule performance, or avoidance of claims, defects, rework, property damage, or delay.

4. Customer judgment

Customer is solely responsible for interpreting conditions, consulting applicable professionals and manufacturers, determining whether work should proceed, and taking corrective action.
