Data Ownership and License Policy

FinishSure Legal Package v1.0 — Effective July 9, 2026

1. Customer data

As between Customer and Irys IoT, LLC, Customer owns Customer-provided project information and project-specific monitoring data, subject to third-party rights and the licenses in this policy.

2. Operational license

Customer grants Irys IoT, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide license during the service relationship and reasonable retention period to host, copy, process, transmit, analyze, format, display, and create reports from Customer data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve FinishSure.

3. Aggregated and de-identified data

Irys IoT, LLC may create and use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify Customer, a project, or an individual for analytics, benchmarking, service improvement, research, and product development.

4. Confidentiality

Irys IoT, LLC will not intentionally disclose identifiable Customer project information to third parties except to provide the Services, as authorized by Customer, under appropriate confidentiality obligations, in connection with a business transaction, or as required by law.

5. Export and retention

Available exports and reports depend on the selected package. Customer should download records it needs for long-term retention. Irys IoT, LLC may apply reasonable retention and deletion schedules after the service term and applicable legal retention periods.
